📖 About This Society & Mission
The Student Prefect Council is the apex student leadership body at Best Academy. Composed of elected head pupils, house captains, and departmental prefects, the council serves as the bridge between pupils and the school senior leadership team.
Prefects undergo specialized leadership development workshops, learning conflict resolution, project management, public protocol, and peer mentorship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Pupil Welfare & Voice: Representing student feedback in regular meetings with the Principal and Academic Directorate.
- Campus Order & Mentorship: Welcoming junior pupils, mentoring Form 1 students, and assisting faculty with daily assemblies.
- Major Event Coordination: Leading student committees for Graduation Day, Parents Evenings, and Sports Day.
