1. Purpose of the Code

Best Academy aims to nurture principled, ethical, and articulate young scholars. The Code of Conduct establishes clear expectations for mutual respect, intellectual integrity, and personal accountability across the campus community.

2. General Standards of Behavior

Pupils are expected to:

  • Treat fellow scholars, teachers, administrative staff, and campus visitors with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
  • Arrive punctually to homeroom registrations, subject periods, laboratories, and co-curricular sessions.
  • Wear the prescribed Best Academy school uniform with pride, neatness, and adherence to grooming guidelines.
  • Take pride in the campus environment by preserving classroom furnishings, laboratory equipment, and library books.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Sanctions

Violations of the code are classified into minor infractions (addressed through verbal guidance and reflection tasks) and major infractions (referred to the Disciplinary Committee). Major infractions include cheating in assessments, unauthorized departure from school grounds, and deliberate damage to property.

4. Restorative Justice Approach

Our disciplinary system focuses primarily on behavioral restoration, counseling, and character development rather than punitive measures alone.
