1. Policy Statement & Ethical Framework

Best Academy International School recognizes that the safety, welfare, and physical and emotional protection of each child are of paramount institutional priority. We recognize our statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils under international educational standards.

2. Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

The school maintains an active Designated Safeguarding Team accessible to all students, faculty, and guardians:

3. Key Safeguarding Principles

1. Zero Tolerance: Any form of bullying, intimidation, corporal punishment, or physical/emotional harm is strictly forbidden on campus and during official transport.

2. Confidentiality & Reporting: Every disclosure made by a student is handled with urgency, utmost confidentiality, and referred immediately to the DSL.

3. Staff Vetting & Background Checks: All academic, administrative, and support staff undergo rigorous identity, criminal background, and reference verification prior to appointment.

4. Physical Campus Security: 24/7 CCTV surveillance, biometric campus access control, and strict visitor badge protocols.

4. Complaints & Escalation Channels

Students may raise concerns directly with any trusted member of faculty or submit sealed notes to the designated welfare boxes situated outside the student counselor's office.
