Best Academy believes strongly in holistic pupil development where physical health, disciplined teamwork, and athletic resilience complement academic rigor.
The Football & Athletics Guild conducts structured training regimens on our dedicated sports pitch and athletics facilities. The guild represents the school in inter-school tournaments, friendly derbies, and our annual Inter-House Sports Olympiad.
Programs Offered
- Varsity & Junior Football Squads: Tactical drills, defensive formations, passing accuracy, and competitive matches.
- Track & Field Athletics: Sprinting (100m, 200m, 400m), relay coordination, long jump, and endurance pacing.
- Strength & Agility Conditioning: Supervised fitness drills emphasizing cardiovascular health, flexibility, and injury prevention.
