📖 About This Society & Mission
The Environmental & Community Service Society empowers pupils to become proactive stewards of the natural environment and committed contributors to the local Hargeisa community.
Students organize campus recycling campaigns, manage the school botanical patch, conduct tree-planting drives, and volunteer with local charitable clinics and primary schools.
Initiatives
- Clean & Green Campus: Composting organic cafeteria waste and maintaining water-efficient desert flora across courtyards.
- Community Outreach: Book collection drives for underprivileged community libraries.
- Sustainability Conferences: Student-led presentations on climate adaptation and solar energy in East Africa.
